Booking Terms
- Reservation and Registration: To reserve your adventure with Kikitu Tours & Travel, please complete our online booking form with all relevant details, including your preferred itinerary and travel dates. Upon receipt of your inquiry, we will promptly provide you with a quotation and confirm availability. Once confirmed, a deposit may be required to secure your reservation.
- Deposit and Payment: A deposit, typically 25% of the total tour price, may be required at the time of booking. Full payment is due before the commencement of the tour. We accept payment via wire transfer. Please note that additional charges may apply for certain payment methods.

Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refunds are subject to the duration of cancellation notice provided:
- More than 45 days' notice: Deposit non-refundable, held as credit.
- Less than 45 days' notice: Deposit value plus additional charges may apply.
- Less than 4 weeks' notice: 100% of tour price payable. No refunds will be issued for missed services or early departures.
- Liability and Responsibility: While every precaution is taken to ensure passenger safety and comfort, Kikitu Tours & Travel acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers. We reserve the right to make itinerary changes if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions or supplier issues. We accept no liability for incidents beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or acts of terrorism.
- Travel Insurance: It is a condition of booking with Kikitu Tours & Travel that all participants are adequately covered by travel insurance for the duration of the tour. Insurance should include coverage for medical expenses, trip cancellation, and personal belongings. Participants are responsible for ensuring their insurance coverage meets their needs.
- Itinerary Changes and Trip Delay: Kikitu Tours & Travel reserves the right to modify tour itineraries or accommodations as necessary for the safety and enjoyment of participants. In the event of itinerary changes due to factors beyond our control, such as weather or logistical issues, no refunds will be provided for missed activities.
- COVID-19 Policy: Any credits held by Kikitu Tours & Travel for trips affected by COVID-19 must be allocated to new safaris by a specified deadline. No additional postponements will be accommodated thereafter. Guests are encouraged to review our COVID-19 policies for up-to-date information on travel restrictions and safety protocols.
- Additional Information: Please note that airport/hotel transfers included in the itinerary are only applicable to guests traveling on suggested flights. Guests arriving on alternative flights are responsible for their own transfer arrangements unless otherwise confirmed by our logistics team.
